We recently discussed our imagination of the ideal enterprise system, constructed on a modular “AI chassis” that harnesses LLM capabilities to execute every business workflow.

While it’s a far cry from the current state of enterprise solutions (legacy software with chatbot add-ons), innovation in this market is inevitable. True efficiency and output gains will be awarded to those with a focus on product maturity and fit over pressurized hype. 

And so we enter the arena to build this thoughtful AI-native foundation, structuring even the most complex organizations - like professional services firms - for a new age. 

As models become commoditized and the gaps in performance continue to shrink, companies who adopt AI will compete on only two inputs:
